How does your email-only model work?
Simple: no scheduling, no video calls, no waiting rooms. You complete your intake, we review your case, order labs, and deliver your personalized plan directly to your inbox — all reviewed by a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Everything is asynchronous, so you move at your pace, not ours.
Do I have to go to a lab in person?
Not really - if you don’t want to. We partner with trusted lab providers that will either come to your house or you can go to a private lab in your area. We will give you all of that information when ready. We’ve got all of the hard work done for you!
What happens after I get my results?
You’ll receive a
Plain-English Results Report — no dense PDFs or doctor jargon. We break down what your body is telling you, explain what matters most, and build a clear, step-by-step plan to improve it. If needed, we’ll recommend custom vitamin blends from
B12 RX & MORE® formulated just for your results.
Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA?
We don’t bill insurance directly, but most clients successfully use HSA or FSA cards to pay for labs, supplements, and services. Because our model is transparent and low-overhead, our clients often spend less than a single co-pay chase through the traditional system.
How long before I see results?
That depends on your unique starting point and consistency — but most clients report noticeable energy, mood, and digestion improvements within 3–6 weeks. The key is understanding your biology, not fighting it.
Who reviews my results?
Every plan is personally reviewed by Dr. Rachele Kennedy, BCDFM, a Dual Board-Certified, Licensed Doctor of Functional Medicine. You’re not getting a generic AI summary or lab script — you’re getting real expertise translated into real-world action.

What is GEHA and why do I sign an agreement?
GEHA stands for
Guardian Ecclesiastical Holistic Association. You'll review and sign the GEHA agreement acknowledging that services are non-medical and educational. We include a
free GEHA membership for clients; you can cancel anytime.

How does the virtual/email-only model work?
Everything is handled by email: intake, lab recommendations, your report, action plan. No telehealth scheduling required.
If you want live time, add a TeleHealth Session as an optional add-on.
What's the typical timeline?

Do you order the labs for me?
We'll recommend the precise labs that fit your goals and provide simple instructions for ordering/collection. Some labs are ordered through partnered services; costs are paid directly to the lab.
What's included in the report and action plan?
A plain-English summary of your results, what the data suggests, and a prioritized action plan - including suggested wellness supplements if appropriate. Clear steps, not guesswork.
Can I talk to someone live if needed?
Yes – choose the TeleHealth Session ($249) add-on for a one-on-one virtual session with Dr. Kennedy. Everything else remains email-based to keep the model simple and efficient.
Are supplements required?
No. Supplements are optional suggestions to support your plan. You choose what fits your goals and budget.
How do payments and refunds work?
Package fees cover intake review, recommendations, and your report/action plan. Lab and supplement costs are separate and paid to the vendor. Refunds are not available once intake review has started.
How is my privacy protected?
We use secure intake forms and handle your information with strict confidentiality. Email communications are kept concise and professional; you can request deletion of your data at any time per our policy.
